HCg doubling time 19 hours?

Hello, I got a faint BFP at 8dpo and I got progesterone 19.5 and hCg 31 count at 10dpo... 48hrs later my hCg was 179!... The doubling time is around 19 hrs... Is it something I should be alarmed like blighted ovum.. Or does it mean twins?
