I have a 1995 ford bronco xlt and it runs fine but on occasions it just will not start ?

It runs fine but sometimes when i get back in it, it doesn't start. It can't be overheating because it is 5 degrees outside and when I get in it again it has sit for hours. Does anyone know what could cause the random event.
