What would you say........?

Okay so well I am super sick right now I have a double ear infection, a sinus infection, and bronchitis. I didn't go to school on Thursday or friday ( I went to doctor on Friday) and got the diagnosis. After I went to the doctor I went straight to my work ( I was suppose to work friday, saturday and sunday) and my manager (one of the nice ones) was like okay we have today and tomorrow covered just give us a call on saturday to see if you can work sunday. So I called and got of the mean managers on the phone (lucky me :( ) and she seemed all p****ed and told me to call back tomorrow morning after I told her I still am really sick and I'll come in if they need me but I don't think I can last the seven hour shift. My mom came home today took one look at me, heard me talk and was like "your not going to work tomorrow" what should I do?
