Which is better, in terms of computer-speed making it faster?

This is kind of an open ended question, i really depends on what you're going to use the computer for. Most programs aren't designed to take full advantage of a triple or quad core processor. If you're going to be using this for 3D design, High end games, HD video editing or anything like that the quad core will be great, but if your just doing everyday tasks then the triple core will be enough. 8GB's of ram would be overkill for everyday use tho, I'm a video editor and I've got 8GB's of ram in my system and I generally don't use it all.
