Is this a good recipe?

First, there's a teaspoon and a quarter of sugar in each tart. That's five and a quarter grams, or less than 1/5 ounce of sugar. There's also fructose in the apple, but probably not enough to increase the sugar significantly. You could use pumpkin pie spice instead of the cinnamon, but the taste wouldn't be exactly the same. Almond meal is no big deal. Whiz up pine nuts,. pecans or walnuts in a spice grinder and use that.
