I was reading a magazine at the local hairdressor and VANESSA HUDGENS is not prettier than hilary duff?

I'm sorry but this needs to be said. Hilary Duff is a beautiful, talented singer/actress and seems like she has a dashing personality whilst Hudgens IS pretty but no compared to Duff, cannot act from my opinion but can singing and seems dull. Unlike Hudgens, Duff doesn't need to take her cloths off and start scandals for more publicity.
