Can i get my girlfriend back?

We were dating for 6 months and i just got dumped a few days ago. The reasons being she hasnt had a chance to heal from her 2 previous relationships one cheated on her the other abuseive and tht was a 2 year span of dating those two one then the other. The other reason is wehavnt gotten along recently anf she needs time forherself and her family she did spend most of her time with me at mt house or going out. She did say i treated her very well and took care ofher just she needed to do this for herself and we could still be friends. Im not sure if she actually meant all of that. All of our friends were in shock becausr im a such a nice guy and she was very in love with me and it was very sudden decision. She hasnt contacted me in a few days either im in shock i didnt see this coming. What might she be trying to tell me and will she come back? Id apreciate some tips because i would like herback but i am also preparing to never get that chance.i also am not talkin to her until she comes to me. thanks!
