My keyboard wont work!!!!!!?

my keyboard is plugged in and everything!!! but the caps lock, num lock, and scroll lock are all glowing. my computer says it has a keyboard failure. and i tryd plugging 5 other keyboards in to all slots and nothing work HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
