NOVASUREEEE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

How old do you have to be to get the one time 5 min novasure procedure done? is it painfull ? how do they do it , i know its for people that have heavy long periods and i am one of those... can i have novasure if i know i dont want kids... plus my mom was too llittle to give birth so she adopted me.. im asian and im really tiny too. so i dont even think im able to give birth... like technically i am but my body is to small... DONT TELL ME IM TO YOUNG AND ILL CHANGE MY MIND...
