I usually steadily gain weight. Over the last year or two, I've been able to keep it the same, but I can't seem to get the number to go down. (I'm 5,2, 118lbs and aiming for 110 if that helps) Can you give me any small pointers that, over a period of 2-3 months, can slowly make me a bit thinner? You know, simple lifestyle rules. I'm not looking for drastic change... just maybe an inch or two off my thighs and that small bit of stomach flab.
