Whats your 2009 ttc game plan?

Ok ladies its almost 2009 and alot of us didnt get our 08 BFP!! So going into 2009 what will your game plan be? Im trying a whole new strategy by bbt charting and taking fertilaid? Any advice I would love to hear your plans?
