Do i need to obtain NOC(No Objection Cert.) from Police or Ministry from Bangladesh If i want to study abroad?

I am interested to pursue my higher studies in UK from September '09 next. I already submitted all my doents for VISA & probably within this week i will get my VISA. Could you please inform me whether i need any short of NOC (No Objection Certificate) from Ministry or Police if i want to go UK for studying? If does then where should i contact for that?
