Who should I believe? (short question)?

Well Im still in love with my ex boyfriend (Blake). Well his cousin, Hugh, who pretty much raised him, I have known my whole life. Blake had told me he was getting married, I dont know if it was to make me jealous or what but I asked Hugh about it and he told me he wasnt getting married and that his parents would never aprove of it. He is 15 years old turning 16 in may, and said he has already proposed to the girl. He told me they had been together for a month and we broke up about 2 weeks ago. But his sister would never lie to me and she told me that he was. And the girl was 18. Hugh told me she would go along with whatever Blake says. Hugh says he is playing mind games. Who should I believe?
