Should I tell children that there is no Santa Claus?

Argh, there's a book I have specifically that taks about this that I only see at Christmas time (because it's all tucked away with our other Christmas stuff) but I can't remember the name. It's a book that's explains the truth about Santa Claus without really just saying "There is no Santa Claus".
