Is SNL desperate these days?

I have been ripping on SNL for years. The writing has been terrible and the skits seem to always go for the shock effect. We can only take so much of the "overly-affectionate family". Another annoying thing about SNL is that any skit that is relatively funny, they beat to death (the one with Whats up with That). I have to say, last night I thoroughly enjoyed that episode with betty white. She did a great job but what made it even better was throwing in some of the cast members and skits that were on the show at its peak. However, this in my opinion was a desperate move. Your problem sounds like an issue with the courtesy light system in combination with a problem with your light switch. I would have a dealership look into this, as if you start digging into things it may cause other un-intentional issues, such as alarm problems. This is kind of an open ended question, i really depends on what you're going to use the computer for. Most programs aren't designed to take full advantage of a triple or quad core processor. If you're going to be using this for 3D design, High end games, HD video editing or anything like that the quad core will be great, but if your just doing everyday tasks then the triple core will be enough. 8GB's of ram would be overkill for everyday use tho, I'm a video editor and I've got 8GB's of ram in my system and I generally don't use it all.

If I believe the stress of employment discrimination caused my Multiple Sclerosis the flare up what can I do?

I have another discrimination question circulating regarding "front pay", However, this is in regards to my health. My attorney seems to believe that I should ask for monetary compensation due to the fact that I had 2 Multiple Sclerosis flare ups while going through pregnancy discrimination at work. EEOC has already found "reason to believe" that my employer discriminated against me. Conciliation is this week and I just was to know what category this would fit under (i.e. compensatory etc.) and if the request to have them pay for my medication moving forward for 10 -20 years is out of line. I lost my health insurance after my separation from the company. I am currently on government health that will be ending next month. My medication is $2800/mo, so if they pay 10 yrs of that it would be $336,000 of which would be claimed under loss of benefits. Is that reasonable or is that totally out there? The company has 10,000 employees. Some doctors believe that extreme stress causes Multiple Sclerosis, while other say that stress just causes flare ups. Either way, facial numbness, slurred speech and paralysis in my left eye for 3 months are all things I experienced.

So I was on campus the other day, and outside of the business building I found $40. This girl walked up and took, and started thinking for a bit. She then said she would take it to the list and found in the library. I asked if she wanted me to take it there, but she looked at me in a suspicious way (presumably since I was darker skinned) and said she was heading there anyways. So I was like whatever, and left. I didn't really trust her though, so I went to the library after wards to make sure she returned the money but they said they hadn't received anything. But now somebody (who is probably broke since all students) won't get their money back because some girl ended up stealing it. Windows 7 after start up lag?

My laptop running Windows & Ultimate use to start up in 20-30 seconds. Now after signing in there is a lag. Pretty much after signing in I see my desktop and that's when it happens. There is a lag that is about 20 seconds long that it just shows my desktop and the icons and then after the 20-30 seconds my desktop refreshes and the icons disappear and reappear and my network icon is no longer searching for my network and it has found my router. This is after installing AVG on my computer. any ideas what could be causing this?

He said he would not be offended if I did the paper work to have him transported to the State Hospital, and would not be offended by having the State Troopers take him there. Ooooh, I do. It's called Killer. You get a big group of friends together (this works best when there are like, eight or more people). Then you pull eight (or however many people are present) card's out of a regular card deck. Designate one card (say the ace of spades) as the killer card. Deal everyone a card so that no one else gets to see it. Now everyone sits in a circle and has to make eye contact with someone else in the group the whole time. The 'killer' kills people by winking at them (The trick is to try and do it without other people seeing you. If the killer winks at you, you count to 5 and then die. My first guess is that it's complaining about those semicolons following the conditionals of your if statements. That effectively has it do nothing if the condition evaluates to true. Then it will get totally confused when it encounters the 'else' as that semicolon up there ended the if statement.

Small things to change that eventually lose weight?

I usually steadily gain weight. Over the last year or two, I've been able to keep it the same, but I can't seem to get the number to go down. (I'm 5,2, 118lbs and aiming for 110 if that helps) Can you give me any small pointers that, over a period of 2-3 months, can slowly make me a bit thinner? You know, simple lifestyle rules. I had recently met this girl and we talked for a while & we soon got together but I found out that she was lying to me the whole time about her. She lives in different town than me, about 10 miles from me so I could see her if I wanted to but I had found out that she lied to me about her age & her grade. Long story short, I broke up with her because of it & she still wants to be with me & all. I think that the age & grade difference is a big problem. I really hate that she lied to me about that in the beginning cause if I had known then I wouldn't have even talked to her as if I were interested in her. She is attractive but the age difference just deters me from even considering talking to her like that. What should I do? Talk to her again or just forget about it & leave us as just friends and nothing more?

When I was a child I had no friends. I think my first friendship was at 12 years old. I spent recess reading or thinking to myself. I used to scream when people touched me and freak out at loud noises, strange smells and scratchy fabrics. I took most things literally and I was often made fun of without even knowing it. I only talked about whatever my current obsession and if someone tried to talk about something else I would attempt to change the subject to my obsession. At one point when I was about 10 I got obsessed with human decomposition and creeped out a lot people by only talking about rotting bodies for about three months. I had no idea that I was frightening people. I currently am not that badly impaired. I still can get very confused in social situations and am somewhat scared at large social events but I do have friends. I can even go to metal concerts and participate in the mosh pit and everything but I don't think of it as a social event. I still freak out at certain smells though. I can talk about subjects outside my current obsession though I do sometimes have a hard time not talking about it. I still sometimes frighten people with my vast knowledge of serial killers though.

I just bought a mini dachshund yesterday. She is very sweet and has a very good temperment, except for one thing. Food and water. I have a chihuahua who regulates himself when he eats so he has all access to food and water at all times. So when we brought her home she was soooooo skinny you could see ribs and spine no problem. I thought I would just let her go at the food and water but man was it wrong i HAD to take them both away by the time she was done she looked pregnant!! Bring them healthy foods and clean clothes. If they have pets offer to take them to your house. You get the idea. Try to find a need and fill it. You are a good friend for caring so much.

People sometimes say things to put others down and make themselves feel better. Although it hurts... I would try to be sympathetic to your parents. It will just make your life easier. I wish losing weight was an easy task. In college I tried so hard to lose weight, but I had trouble. As soon as I graduated I lived with a vegetarian who was also very healthy. I started eating less meat and more vegetables. The weight slowly fell off. If you do decide to eat less meat... make sure that you are eating foods that are high in protein (ie. beans, rice, tofu, veggies). No fast food and make sure to snack a lot veggies through out the day to speed up your motabolism.

Fianc�e 15 yr old is skipping. ?

After many sessions with counselors and sit downs the child just does not want to go to school. We have tried taking him to the front door of school and he just leaves out the back. He will get up early just to leave the house and hide so that we can not find him. He stays hidden until we have to leave for work. My fianc�e has two kids himself and I have four. He has a 19yr old and the 15 yr old. I have two 15yr olds, 12 yr old and 9 yrs old. I am worried about going ahead with the wedding when we can't seem to control this type of behavior. We have caught his 15yr old and one of my 15yr olds skipping school although through school records my child hasn't missed any other day this year than that one. This does not mean that my child is the innocent one. They both tend to feed off of each other. His child opens up to me about a lot of things and I thought we had a great relationship. But, no matter how much I try to show him what will happen without an education he still will not go to school. I sit down and talk with him a lot but, it seems I can't do anything to deter him from doing this type of activities. The wedding is only a month and a half away and I am wondering if this is such a good idea. I love this man and we both know we have found our soul mates in each other. I am just worried the children that I bring into the marriage will start following the other children. His child is capable of doing well in school but, absolutely refuses to go. Anyone have any ideas? Should the marriage take place? What should we do about the skipping school? Pregnant but boyfriend is not supportive?

I am almost 6 weeks pregnant, just found out 2 days ago by getting 3 positive pregnancy tests. I am in a relationship with a great guy. He is 26 and I am 22. We have only been together a few months, but have known each other for over a year. Am I really pregnant?

I've felt sick for a while now and when I don't eat it gets worse. I fill up on food pretty easy now, while before I could eat and eat until I felt sick. I use to get sick in the morning and my use to be sore but that has gone away. I still feel sick in the morning but no longer throw up. If I press on my stomach I automatically get the feeling I need to throw up but I just breathe and it goes away. I have head aches and back aches. I have had more discharge in the past couple weeks. I haven't had my period in about 5 months now and my stomach is getting larger and a little harder. It's tight around my pelvic area and sometimes when I stretch I get a catch in my lower stomach that makes me double over. I'm not sure what being pregnant fells like because I've never been, so help. What do you think these symptoms mean?

I think it is a good letter. It states what you guys want and it is not rude at all. Actually I think it is a good thing because everyone always wants to come immediately to see the baby and it is so bothersome! You are so tired and the baby is brand new and really too many people wears you down! I think I am going to limit the hospital to our parents and siblings as well. Although I am sure my grandma will come too! Then I want a few days at least at home before anyone else comes to visit. (besides the previously mentioned) I hate all the commotion right away! 1991 chevrolet s10 blazer blinking warning break light?

my chevrolet s10 tail lights and reverse lights are not turning on and the warning break light is now blinking in the dashboard. i bought a fuse tester and i test everysingle one and they all work, i also replace the bulbs to see if that did but they still don't turn on. there is nothing wrong with the breaks or the emergency break, everything works as it suppost to except the tail light and reverse light. weird thing is that if you know the gms they have a break light tail light and reverse light. the break light works but the other two don't anybody knows whats going on or some tips let me know thanks

Don't make her "look crazy"either,with wild hair,dirty clothes etc,in other words,avoid cliche like the plague! Well, me and this one girl really like each other. And we are both sopres in highschool. The only way you can operate an ultralight over a densely populated area is if you get a "waiver" from the FAA. Generally speaking, only one-time waivers are available for things like special events. Unless you were involved in law enforcement, wildlife work, or something similar they won't give you a waiver for unlimited flights. The only reasonable way around the restriction it is to get the aircraft certified in the experimental category and get a sport pilot or private pilots certificate to fly it that way. That probably won't happen with a jet pack in your lifetime. Another problem is that except for takeoff and landing,you would have to abide by the 1,500 foot minimum altitude restriction over a densely populated area, which means that in many cities with Cl B or C airspace you would be required to have a transponder plus communication and navigation equipment that most ultralights and a jet pack certainly couldn't accommodate. If you're seriously thinking "jet pack", you're dreaming. You won't be able to afford it , the maximum flight duration is only a few minutes at best, and the limited performance wouldn't allow you to get to a minimum legal altitude.

Your vet should offer solutions to finding out the reason for your dog pulling out it's fur. If he isn't proactive about it I would consider another vet.

I understand how you feel. I'm a very competitive person, so when I see someone my age with their horse, I automatically compare myself to them. I'm either friends with them, or envy them slightly. I started when I was 6 with a girl who had been riding any horse her mom could put her on, she was about 20 or so. A lady had just bought this imported irish mare who looked like nothing and had her train and ride her. 8 years later, I'm training at the same place, just her mom's property with an Arena, some paddocks and a small side barn with 5 stalls. But my trainer is a 4 star eventer, shortlisted for the olympic team, with a USEA mare of the year, giving me the same rates as when I was 6. When she goes away for events and I can't go because of school, or other thing, I go through mild sadness. My trainer is from a single mom with hardly any money, just riding anything from an old hag to a 3 year old. Due to some unfortunate falls, and her mare is 15, she's not being considered for the olympic team, but just remember, you have your whole life ahead of you. A couple years isn't going to matter once you're 20, or even 17. Money can't buy talent, remember that.

What food should I eat in school?

I'm currently in this whole low-calorie diet, and sticking to what my doctor says and eating up to 950 calories a day according to my age, weight and gender. I'm fourteen, by the way. I'm on track with the food that I eat at home, but when it comes to school food, I go crazy, mostly because before recess/lunch break, we spend hours in cl sitting down and taking notes, doing nothing else but that. Some of the food in my school are also pretty unhealthy. And I'm not sure which is the best that I should take, or if I should just pack my own lunch there (its kinda embarring though).
